Bilingual Commercial Property Manager

Location: Chino, CA
Work Arrangement: Onsite / Hybrid (depending on business needs)


Job Summary

The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, leasing support, maintenance, financial performance, and tenant relations for a portfolio of retail shopping centers. This role ensures properties are well maintained, compliant, and performing in alignment with ownership's investment objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects
  • Serve as primary point of contact for tenants; handle tenant relations, lease administration, renewals, and coordination with leasing brokers
  • Monitor rent rolls, operating budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards
  • Support leasing strategies to optimize occupancy, tenant mix, and revenue
  • Conduct routine property inspections and oversee vendors and service providers
  • Manage contracts, service agreements, and contractor performance

Compensation

  • $125,000 annual salary
  • Direct hire opportunity

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, standard business hours
  • Flexibility required for emergencies, site issues, or occasional meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Proven experience in commercial property management (shopping center experience preferred)
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin Chinese
  • Strong background in budgeting, financial analysis, underwriting, and property operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with Yardi, Argus, and Microsoft Excel
